A listing must offer a physical product for sale. Place holders or offers to trade are not allowed. Activities that do not follow the policies may result in a range of disciplinary actions including cancellation of listings. Fees already paid in relation to listings or subscription packages on the accounts we take action on will not be refunded. 

Duplicate Listings Policy

To minimise confusion amongst buyers, we do not permit sellers to post more than one listing of identical nature from the same seller at the same time.

Policy

We do not permit sellers to post more than one listing of identical nature from the same seller at the same time. In detail, this means:

  • Listing an identical product but in different categories or listing an identical product but using different usernames.
  • Listings that are not significantly different.

Images and Description Policy

We encourage you to use your own images and write your own descriptions for the listings that you post. Buyers want to see images and descriptions that accurately depict your listing. 

Policy

Images sourced from internet searches or other websites are not permitted for your listing, unless the rights owner of the images has given you permission. This is to prevent copyright infringement.

Item Location Policy

Often in some cases, the location and origin of the product in the listing differs to the location of where the seller is located. Product location information must clearly and accurately state the product origin separately to the location of the seller.

Policy

  • Clear and accurate information of the product origin and location. This can be different from the seller’s registered business address.
  • The product location information must be consistent across the listing’s fields from title, description and specifics.

Activities that do not follow the policies may result in a range of actions including cancellation of listings. Fees already paid in relation to listings or subscription packages on the accounts we take action on will not be refunded.

Feedback Manipulation Policy

Policy

Attempts to manipulate feedback or ratings is not permitted. This includes

  • Buy, sell or trade feedback.
  • Registering multiple accounts to exchange feedback with the purpose of artificially increasing feedback and rating.
  • Conducting transactions with the purpose of increasing feedback score.
  • Manipulating another user’s feedback.
  • Buying or selling Wyverne accounts.

Forced Feedback Policy

Policy

Sellers 

Sellers cannot extort a buyer or user to provide positive feedback in order to receive the product or progress further in negotiations. They also cannot offer compensation or additional items in return for positive feedback.

Once a transaction is concluded, it’s fine to ask buyers to leave positive feedback.

Buyers

Buyers cannot use the threat of negative or positive feedback to get a seller to provide additional services or items that were not included in the original description of purchase price.

Fees already paid in relation to listings or subscription packages on the accounts we take action on will not be refunded. 

Profanity and Defamatory Language Policy

We have a zero-tolerance policy for users who give threats or use language that is considered to be defamatory, abusive or offensive.

The policy 

  • Threatening other users with physical harm or any other kind of harassment on our platform including user messages, or within feedback comments is strictly prohibited. If a user receives a threat of such nature, it should be reported to local law enforcement and Wyverne.
  • Any hateful, obscene, offensive, profane, racist, sexual, defamatory, discriminatory or violent language is not to be used in profiles, user IDs, member communication, feedback, listings, or on any other areas of the site.

Restricted Items Policy

Before you post your listing, ensure it is allowed on Wyverne. You need to also make sure the listing complies with your local country and state laws. To make things simple, users can post listings that are in line with the available categories on Wyverne.

When selling internationally, certain items may be legal to sell in your country but may illegal to sell or purchase elsewhere.

Policy

While we are continually adding fields to our platform to improve choice amongst our users, listings that do not fall under the present available categories and options are not permitted.

Ensure your listings and products follow these guidelines. They may be removed or be subject to other actions including restrictions to your account if they do not.

Reporting Policy Violations

If you see a listing that violates one of our policies, please report it by clicking Report Ad in the listing. If we determine that a listing or product has violated a policy, we will email the seller to inform them that we have removed the listing or product.

Search Manipulation Policy

Adding popular keywords in your listings title that do not have any relation to your product or using methods that purposely mislead buyers is not permitted.

Policy

  • Manipulating results to lead an unfair visibility of your listing is not permitted.
  • Using keywords that are not related to the listing is not permitted. All text is to be relevant and related to the listing in question.
  • Listings cannot promote other listings.
  • Listing cannot contain question marks in its title as it can be misleading for buyers.

User-to-User Behaviour Policy

We know it is important for users to be able to communicate easily and efficiently with each other. We encourage open communication between our users through our platform.

Policy

Monitoring Messages and Conversations

We may monitor messages sent between members in a duty of care for fraud, abuse, spam or other policy violations.

We can only enforce our policies if communications were made on Wyverne, we cannot help if problems arise from external communication channels.

User Threats

Please report any threat or harassment to Wyverne immediately. We will look into the report and determine what course of action is needed and to be taken. Local law enforcement should also be notified.

User Left Feedback

Upon request and on a case-by-case basis we may remove certain feedback if it goes against our policies, such as for example if it contains profanities. However, while we very much discourage rude and accusatory comments, we generally do not remove them if they are related to a specific transaction.
